Most new, unopened items sold by Molna Luxury can be returned within 14 days of purchase unless otherwise noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.
If you have lost your receipt, we may be able to find it in our system. Receipts for purchases made with a credit or debit card or check may be located in our system within 30 days of purchase.
If the return is the result of an error on Molna Luxury's part, the original shipping charges will be refunded in full. Exceptions may apply (including express delivery and major appliances). Items must be returned with all components for a full refund.
